1. Eligibility
● Competitions are open to South African residents aged 18 or over.
● Employees of Dry’d, affiliated agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
● Only one entry per person per competition unless otherwise stated.
2. How to enter
● Entry instructions will be clearly outlined in the competition post or campaign.
● Entries that are incomplete, late, or do not comply with the instructions will be disqualified.
● By entering, you confirm that your submission is your original content and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
3. Competition period
● Each competition will run for a specified duration. The closing date and time will be clearly communicated.
● Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
4. Winner selection and prizes
● Winners will be selected randomly or based on merit (if specified).
● Winners will be notified via the contact method provided (e.g., social media, email, or phone).
● If the winner does not respond within 5 working days, we reserve the right to choose a new winner.
● Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5. Publicity
● By entering, you grant Dry’d permission to use your name, social media handle,
and/or photo for promotional purposes on our platforms, without additional
compensation.
6. Data protection
● Personal data provided during the competition will only be used to administer the competition and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
● By entering, you consent to your data being used in accordance with Dry’d’s Privacy Policy.
7. General
● Dry’d reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time.
● Dry’d will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance of any prize.
